The ideal candidate should have strong emergency nursing skills, the ability to prioritize critical cases, and experience managing a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio.Key Responsibilities:Assess, triage, and provide immediate care to patients presenting with emergency medical conditions.Monitor vital signs, recognize changes in patient conditions, and initiate appropriate interventions.Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, effective patient care.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow patient safety and infection control standards.Manage multiple patients efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized emergency care environment.Provide compassionate support to patients and their families during emergency situations.Requirements:Previous experience working as an ED Registered Nurse.Ability to manage a 1:5 patient ratio in a fast-paced emergency department.Strong clinical judgment, prioritization, and communication skills.Current RN license and required certifications, such as BLS and ACLS, as applicable to facility requirements.Flexibility and readiness to work night shifts.About Med NinjasAt Med Ninjas, we make travel healthcare simple, so you can focus on what matters: caring for patients.
