About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MedSurg/ED Registered Nurse (RN) for an urgent night-shift opportunity. The ideal candidate should be comfortable providing care across inpatient MedSurg, observation, swing-bed, ER, and outpatient infusion settings. This is a versatile role in a smaller clinical environment, with approximately 6 MedSurg beds and 3 ER beds.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to MedSurg and ED patients.
- Care for patients in inpatient, observation, and swing-bed settings.
- Provide emergency care and stabilization for ER patients.
- Assist with outpatient infusion services.
- Perform assessments, medication administration, treatments, and ongoing monitoring.
- Recognize changes in patient condition and communicate appropriately with providers.
- Provide post-operative care, including orthopedic patients.
- Document patient care accurately using Athena EMR.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, multifaceted clinical environment.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- BLS – AHA
- ACLS – AHA
- PALS – AHA
- TNCC – AHA
- AHA Procedural Sedation Module
- MedSurg and/or ED experience strongly preferred
- Outpatient infusion experience preferred
- Athena EMR experience preferred
