Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,365 per week
About the role
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position located in an acute care facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The role provides high‑quality emergency care in a Level 2 Trauma ER with a focus on trauma, stroke, and STEMI patients. The unit handles approximately 100‑105 patients daily, with nurse‑patient ratios generally 1:4, adjusting to 1:6 in specific areas, and about 10 % pediatric cases.
Responsibilities
- Manage critical medication drips.
- Draw laboratory specimens.
- Collaborate with support staff to deliver timely patient care.
- Utilize the EPIC electronic health record system for charting and documentation.
- Potentially participate in float rotations as required.
Requirements
- Current ACLS, BLS, CPI, ENPC or PALS, NIHSS, NRP, and TNCC certifications.
- Minimum 1 year of emergency department experience; travel nursing experience preferred.
Schedule
Shift: 12‑hour night shifts, minimum 36 hours per week. Assignment runs from 10/05/2026 to 01/04/2027 (13 weeks).

Pay
