Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,360 per week

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) position is available in Hermiston, Oregon. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered emergency care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Shift time is days, with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current RN license in Oregon
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• No prior experience required; clinical experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications specific to clinical specialty are desirable
• Float rotation may be required, including to other departments where qualified

Additional Information

• The ER RN will conduct patient assessments, prioritize care based on severity, administer emergency treatments, monitor vital signs, document patient information accurately, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
• The ability to work independently, handle high-stress situations, and demonstrate strong clinical skills is essential
• Physical endurance to work long shifts, including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds, is required
• The environment involves exposure to infectious agents and potentially combative patients, with shift provisions including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
