Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,298 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department (ED) in West Allis, Wisconsin. This 13‑week travel assignment starts 10/12/2026, 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with illness or trauma requiring emergency attention.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Understand and apply triage principles to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
• Maintain knowledge of general and specific health issues relevant to emergency care.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Recent (within 18 months) experience in an acute‑care Emergency Room setting.
• BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, and TNCC may be required for some positions.
• Other client‑specific requirements as determined by the facility.

Schedule

• Start date: 12 October 2026.
• Duration: 13 weeks.
• Hours: 36 hours per week.
• Shift: 12‑hour day shifts.

Pay

Weekly pay with direct deposit; pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week, plus a tax‑free stipend (amount to be determined).
