• Level 3 Trauma designated facility (Acute Stroke Ready Hospital)
• 10 Bed ER / 4 Bed ICU
• Patient Types / Common Diagnoses: Rural ICU (step-down from metro ICU)
• Patient age range: Newborns to 101 years old
• Interventions: Artline cases, CVP interventions, Bi-paps, Vents (No Cath Lab—patients transferred out)
• 17,000 annual patients
• EMR: EPIC

Requirements

• 2 years ER/ICU experience required
• Active Michigan Nursing License required to submit
• Certifications Required:
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • NIHSS
  • TNCC
  • PALS
• Mostly Weekend Blocked Scheduling
