Job Summary
The role involves providing patient care in a fast-paced, emergency department setting, handling a diverse patient demographic from neonates to geriatrics. The position requires flexibility in shift scheduling, including rotating night and evening shifts.
Schedule
- 3x12 or 4x12 hours
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland or Compact State RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certification (completed during onboarding)
- NRP and TNCC preferred
- At least 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
- Experience with patient ratios of 1:4 up to 1:5
- Experience with Epic electronic charting system
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior trauma level I or level II experience
- Community hospital experience
- Recent travel experience
Additional Information
- Every other weekend and holiday requirements
- Floating responsibilities within the ED specialty across multiple facilities if needed
- No on-call shifts required
- Proof of compliance documentation (labs, modules) required within five days prior to start date

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
