Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,280 per week

The emergency room specialty position is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role involves working in an acute care setting, providing critical care services within a fast-paced environment. The position requires the ability to work night shifts, with responsibilities including urgent patient assessments and emergency interventions. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under pressure and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent patient assessments and emergency interventions in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Float within Zone 2 locations covering a 60-mile radius from Salt Lake City (travel time paid)

Requirements

• Valid nursing license (must be able to submit)
• At least 2 years of experience in emergency room settings
• Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

Schedule

• 11-week assignment (13 weeks with hospital policy allowing cancellation of up to 4 shifts)
• Night shifts, 12 hours per shift
• Minimum 36 hours per week
• Orientation week requires presence in the state, even if remote participation is allowed
