Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,273 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing, particularly in a level 1 trauma setting, to provide high-quality patient care during critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to emergency patients, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Emergency Room RN.
• At least 2 years of experience in a level 1 trauma center.
• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (NJ-RN) License.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Current ACLS and PALS Certification from the American Heart Association.

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend
