Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,268 per week
About the role
Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a 12-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, working 36 hours per week on a 12-hour schedule with weekends off and no call.
Responsibilities
- Triage patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics across all ED diagnoses
- Manage invasive neuro and STEMI cases requiring cath lab stabilization and transfer
- Trauma cases including GSW, stabbings, falls, and MVCs
- Work with heavy mental health patient population
- Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV skills, basic medication administration, NIHSS experience, TPA administration, blood administration, procedural sedation, and code blue experience
- Chart using EPIC
- Use Alaris and Pyxis equipment
- Work in a Level IV Trauma Center and Level III NICU with 228 beds
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of emergency department experience in a fast-paced facility
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications required
- Triage experience strongly preferred
- Free parking available in designated employee areas

- Scrub color: Any color, professional

Pay
