Required Qualifications
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice, or temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure for the state of practice.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
- Experience: Minimum of one year in an acute care hospital setting, including recent experience within the past 12 months as an RN in the specialty area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Professional certification related to emergency nursing is desirable but not required.

- Must demonstrate clinical performance competencies through annual validations.
- Relevant fingerprint clearance cards required and must be kept current based on facility requirements.
