Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,190 per week
Job Summary
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Springfield, Missouri. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a busy level-one trauma center within an emergency department.
Job Details
- Schedule: Evenings shift, 1500-0300, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS from AHA only
- TNCC
- NIHHSS (must obtain prior to start)
- 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department or 2 years in a Level 2 Trauma facility
- The ability to start on 08/24/2026
Preferred Qualifications
- Trauma and pediatric experience
- High patient volume (200+ patients/day)
- High acuity care experience
Additional Information
Utilizes the nursing process to evaluate patient needs, coordinate care, and maintain patient rights and confidentiality. Ensures adherence to nursing practice guidelines, Missouri Nurse Practice Act, and facility standards. The unit handles a broad spectrum of emergency cases, functioning as a regional trauma and stroke center with a 68-bed capacity. Float: Float rotation may be required.
