Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,190 per week
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position in Springfield, Missouri. This role involves providing urgent and high-quality patient care within a busy, urban trauma center. The selected candidate will utilize their clinical expertise to deliver comprehensive nursing services in a Level 1 trauma environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort across all age groups.
Job Details
- Schedule: Evenings, 1500-0300, minimum of 36 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care
- Coordinate with departments to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Evaluate care outcomes
Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, clinical expertise, and flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment. The role requires standing and walking most of the time, lifting and moving patients, and working in a clean, controlled environment.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Current RN License (meeting Missouri licensure criteria or licensed in Missouri)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS from the American Heart Association
- TNCC, NIHSS certifications
- 1 year of emergency department experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma facility
- Location in Missouri or eligible for licensure there

- Trauma and pediatric experience
- Experience managing 200+ patients per day
- High-acuity patient care knowledge
