Preferred/Required within timeframe after hire: · TNCC and ENPC certifications (preferred). · Prior experience in Emergency Nursing, Critical Care, or high-acuity settings. Skills & Abilities · Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills. · Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. · Excellent communication and teamwork ability. · Competency in trauma care, cardiac care, and stabilizing critically ill patients. · Ability to remain calm and focused during high-stress situations. Working Conditions · Fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department with 36 beds. · Frequent exposure to trauma and critical illness. · Requires standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift. · Collaboration with a diverse healthcare team and EMS partners serving the Lawton community and surrounding areas.
