Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,146 per week
About the role
Malone Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Albany, Georgia. This is a 13-week assignment starting 09/14/2026 with a 36-hour work week on 12-hour day shifts. The role is open to candidates within a 75-mile radius and requires at least 5 years of experience, including at least one travel assignment. MEDITECH experience is mandatory.
The Emergency Department handles approximately 180-200 visits per day, including a 6-bed behavioral lockdown area staffed by psychiatric professionals. Travelers must have TNCC certification and experience with psychiatric/seclusion rooms.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care in a high-volume ED with a 1:4 patient ratio.
- Work in a behavioral lockdown area for psychiatric patients.
- Adhere to weekend and holiday rotation requirements (every other weekend and holiday).
- Wear Caribbean Blue scrubs as specified.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- 5+ years of experience, including at least one travel assignment.
- MEDITECH EMR experience (version 6.15).
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ASLS or NIHSS, and CPI.
