Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care in a busy hospital emergency department.
- Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and develop treatment plans.
- Perform procedures including trauma care, stroke management, ultrasound-guided IV insertions, and psychiatric care.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with patients and peers.
- Document patient care accurately using Sunrise/Allscripts EMR systems.
