About the Role

Travel nursing assignment at Ascension St. Francis Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. Target start date: 09/13/2026. Shift: 12-hour nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for critical-care patients while maintaining sound clinical judgment and documentation.
• Care for both psychiatric and pediatric patient populations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, communicate clearly and timely, and escalate concerns to ensure patient safety.
• Adhere to scheduling and unit policies, including weekend, holiday, and floating requirements.
• Use EPIC charting system.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ED experience.
• At least 2 prior travel contracts.
• Ability to float onsite within skill set or to other sites within a 40-mile radius if needed.
• Weekend and holiday rotation: every-other-weekend (EOW) or based on department needs; every-other-holiday (EOH) rotating with regular staff.
