Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,035 per week

About the role

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position in an acute‑care hospital in Martinsville, Virginia. The role provides high‑quality emergency care to patients of all ages in a busy ER setting, with guaranteed night shifts aligned to operational needs and opportunities for professional growth.

Schedule

Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week. Assignment runs from 10/06/2026 to 01/05/2027.

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure in Virginia
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• CPI/Handle with Care certification
• NIH certification
• PALS or ENPC certification
• 1–2 years emergency room experience
• Residence at least 60 miles from the facility

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with chest pain, congestive heart failure (CHF), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and psychiatric patients

Additional information

• Patient ratio 1:5
• Professionalism, positive attitude, compassion, and teamwork required
• Scrub attire of any color permitted; casual wear not allowed

Pay
