HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a 13-week assignment in Salem, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 27, Number of Staff – 50 RN/25 Medics
• Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge, 5 RN, 2-3 medics; Night Shift - 1 charge, 5 RN, 2-3 medics
• Patient Ratios – 4-6:1
• Typical hiring profile: High acuity ERs, fast-paced ERs with high volume, experience with patient ratios of 5:1
• Best personality Fit: Relaxed, easy going, friendly, team oriented, respectful
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC
• Preferred Certifications: ENPC, NRP, NIH
• Floating Areas: None
• Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - navy blue or white
• Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines
• Weekends and On-call: No on call. Weekends are four weekend shifts (Friday or Saturday for nights; Saturday or Sunday for days) in a four week scheduling period

Requirements

• Must have: completed 2-3 travel assignments, 2-3 years ER experience
• Preferred: candidates with these skills will be considered first

Qualifications

• Must have: BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC
• Preferred: ENPC, NRP, NIH
• Floating Areas: None
