About the role
Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients requiring emergency attention due to illness or trauma.
- Perform a focused assessment of each patient and triage them appropriately.
- Recognize and effectively treat life-threatening conditions as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in Emergency Department setting preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current BLS certification.
Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of emergency room procedures and protocols.
Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights.
