Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $1,975 per week

Job Summary

Emergency Room Nurse in Lake Havasu City. This position involves providing specialized emergency care in a Level Trauma 3 community hospital with 171 beds. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care to a diverse population, including geriatric, adult, and some pediatric patients, with a focus on trauma and STEMI cases.

Schedule

Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid certifications in Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Education credentials aligned with ER nursing standards
• At least 2 years of experience in emergency department settings
• Located within the local region or willing to travel approximately 60 miles or more to the facility

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience handling mixed medical and older adult populations
• Experience with trauma and STEMI patient management

Additional Information

• Float rotation may be required within a 25-mile radius of the facility
• Work involves a busy ER with ultrasound, Bellmont Transfuser, Baxter IV Pumps, Glidescope, and GE monitors in each room
• The unit serves geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients and emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and approachability
