About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Smyrna, Tennessee. This position offers a 36-hour work week with a 4:1 patient ratio (surge bed assigned to each section). The unit is staffed with a free lead, unit clerk, sitters for behavioral health, paramedics, EMTs, and LPNs.
- Type of equipment: Rapid Infuser, Glidescope
- Documentation system: Meditech EDM
- Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend
- Patient Experience requirements: Focus on “staff worked together to care for you as a team” and “staff cared about you as a person”
The facility has 39 beds and requires the following certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI.
