Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $1,839 per week

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Gilbert, Arizona. Start date: November 9, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Shift: 12‑hour days, 36 hours per week. Employment type: Travel. Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse team to evaluate, triage, and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions.
• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
• Document medical history, check for allergies, obtain vital signs, and monitor patients’ emotional and physical well‑being.
• Perform minor medical operations, advise patients and family on illnesses or injuries, and plan long‑term care needs.

Requirements

• 1‑2 years recent acute care experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (additional certifications may be required before assignment).

Skills

• Experience and skill caring for patients in a fast‑paced, urgent, emergency environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty.
• Capable of
