Job Summary
This role involves providing direct clinical care to patients in the emergency department, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The position requires collaboration with the healthcare team to support the facility's clinical operations and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement direct patient care on a per-shift basis
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care delegation
- Support facility clinical operations
- Maintain competency of clinical staff
Requirements
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Valid nursing license
- Available to work night shifts
- Schedule includes 12-hour night shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week
