Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care in a busy hospital emergency department
- Perform rapid assessment, stabilization, and intervention for incoming patients
- Monitor vital signs and ECG reports to inform patient treatment
- Collaborate effectively with team members including RNs, EMTs, and other staff
- Maintain compliance with unit policies and procedures
Requirements
- 1 year current acute care ED RN experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIH (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
Pay
Pay Range: $1,549.24 - $1,626.70 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
