About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Salem, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients requiring cardiovascular surgical procedures.
- Assist with preoperative and postoperative care as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Perform routine assessments and document findings accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- CVOR certification.
- Experience in cardiovascular surgery nursing preferred.
- Knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
- Current BLS certification.
