About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a position in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This is a travel assignment with an 8-hour day shift (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and on-call requirements. The role involves working with Open Heart, Vascular, and Thoracic equipment, and using the Meditech EMR system.
Responsibilities
- Perform typical CVOR procedures, including but not limited to:
- CABG, Valves, TAVR, EVAR, TEVAR
- Carotid endarterectomy, fistula creation/interventions
- VATS, thoracotomy
- Fem-pop bypass, angiograms with interventions
- LVAD, RVAD, ECMO
- Provide Level 2 trauma coverage for all vascular and thoracic procedures
- Maintain punctuality with a 30-minute call-back time
- Adapt to a flexible schedule as required
Requirements
- Cardiac, Vascular, and Thoracic Operating Room Experience (mandatory)
- Ability to scrub Cardiac and Vascular cases (preferred)
- Experience with Meditech EMR (preferred)
