Travel Nurse RN - CVOR - $2,955 per week

Job Summary

The role involves providing specialized perioperative patient care for cardiac surgery procedures in a community hospital setting. The position offers a high level of clinical responsibility within a dynamic surgical team, supporting services such as coronary artery bypass grafts, mitral valve replacements, and transcatheter aortic valve replacements.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 40 hours per week, with flexibility for 4x10s or 5x8s shifts.

Required Qualifications

• RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 0 years of experience
• Located in or willing to work in Lewiston, ME

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience circulating in cardiovascular operating rooms
• Proficiency in aseptic technique
• Familiarity with complex cardiac procedures such as TAVR and VAD

Additional Information

• Unit has 25 beds with a patient ratio of 1:1
• Equipment includes DaVinci surgical systems and Epic electronic health record system
• Float requirements include general operating room coverage, if available
• Work setting is within a community hospital offering trauma level III surgery, cardiovascular, and other specialty services

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
