Travel Nurse RN - CVOR - $2,845 per week

Job Summary

Operating Room (OR) Open Heart specialty position located in the Chicago area. This role involves circulating for cardiovascular operating room procedures, with a focus on endovascular and cardiac open heart cases. The schedule consists of 10-hour shifts starting in late September or early October, with additional weekend, holiday, and on-call responsibilities as needed.

Schedule

• Start Date: 09/27/2026
• Duration: 8 weeks
• Shift: Days, 10 hours per shift
• Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
• On‑call: 3‑4 times per month, callback minimum of two hours within 30 minutes of the facility

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid Illinois nursing license
• CPR certification
• Minimum of 3 years of core Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) circulating experience as a staff nurse
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records
• Clinical documentation: CBC, D‑dimer, and QuantiFERON Gold testing within the past 90 days
• Credentials due the Thursday before the start date
• Submission of Endeavor Health submittal form, updated resume, skills checklist, and two references from the last year

Preferred:

• Experience floating to the main Operating Room
• Scrub experience in CVOR
