Travel Nurse RN - CVOR - $2,718 per week

Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel CVOR RN for a 13-week assignment in Wenatchee, Washington. The position involves direct and indirect nursing care, equipment assembly, and collaboration with the surgical team.

Requirements

• One year of recent experience as a CVOR RN
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
• ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification preferred

Qualifications

• Preferably with ACLS certification
• Other certifications and licenses may be required

Essential Work Functions

• Maintain proficiency in Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic surgical procedures
• Prepare the Cardiovascular operating room for the patient and surgical procedure
• Assemble equipment, supplies, medications, and implants
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and the surgical team
• Utilize data from surgical preference cards
• Position patients safely
• Handle and document specimens accurately
• Provide post-surgical care coordination
• Achieve sterile procedures
• Respond effectively to emergencies
