Responsibilities
- Provide circulating RN coverage in the CVOR focusing on thoracic and vascular surgeries, including heart and valve replacements.
- Assist with surgical procedures such as cardiac (CV/PV), AAA, coronary artery bypass grafts, Fem-Pop bypass, and valve replacements.
- Ensure optimal patient positioning, prepping, and facilitating cases across multiple specialties including neuro, ortho, plastics, urology, gynecology, and robotics.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, including AIDET communication standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment.
