Travel Nurse RN - CVICU - $2,502 per week

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a travel nurse RN for a CVICU position at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Perform post‑CABG, STEMI, and vascular procedures in the CVICU.
• Manage ventilator and vasoactive drips.
• Be willing to float to Medical ICU and Progressive Care Unit as needed.
• Maintain a 2:1 patient ratio.
• Document care using Cerner EMR.
• Wear any solid‑color scrubs (no preference).

Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience
• Cardiac/ICU experience
• Experience with ventilator and vasoactive drips

Preferred Skills

• Open heart surgery experience
• Intra‑aortic balloon pump (IABP) management
• Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) experience

Schedule

• 13‑week travel assignment
• 36 hours per week (3 × 12‑hour shifts)
• Night shift: 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
• On‑call: None
• Unit size: 15 beds
• Patient ratio: 2:1
