Travel Nurse RN - CVICU - $2,325 per week

About the Role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a quality CVICU Registered Nurse for a travel assignment with one of our top healthcare clients in Glendale, Arizona. This is a 13-week travel nursing position requiring 36 hours per week on flexible 12-hour shifts, with a start date of August 17, 2026.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS Certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care CVICU setting

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, check vital signs, and alert doctors of any major changes in the patient's condition
• Act as a liaison between doctors and patients, looking out for the welfare of each patient
• Relay important information to the patient's family and friends
• Administer care for patients following open-heart surgery
• Responsible for the treatment and care of heart transplant patients
• Educate the patient's family on the ongoing needs and care of the patient
