Required Qualifications
- Valid Illinois nursing license
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Relevant ICU cardiovascular experience including PICC line management, Starting IVs, and patient monitoring
Additional Qualifications
- Prior charge nurse experience and proficiency with Cerner charting system are preferred.
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, starting August 3, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Managing cardiovascular intensive care patients, including PICC line management, arterial line management, assisting with chest tube procedures, ventilator management, and patient assessments.
- Open to float within scope as needed.
Special Requirements
- Effective management of PICC lines and starting IVs required;
- Previous charge nurse experience and Cerner system familiarity preferred.

Pay package
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
