Responsibilities

• Provide care to post-operative cardiac surgery patients in a high-volume CVICU setting.
• Perform procedures such as central line insertion, swan insertion, and intubations.
• Monitor hemodynamics and manage patients with devices like ECMO, Centrimags, and HM3 LVADS.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including intensivists, surgeons, and nurses.
• Ensure compliance with unit policies, safety standards, and documentation protocols.
