Key Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and respond to critically ill patients' needs
- Administer advanced medications and treatments, operate life-support equipment
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and emotional support in high-acuity settings
- Perform and interpret hemodynamic monitoring, document interventions and responses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care
- Educate patients and families, adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one year of recent ICU experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform clinical tasks, including moving equipment
- Proficiency in clinical procedures, documentation, and technology
- Able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and handle diverse teams
