Travel Nurse RN - CCU - Coronary Care - $2,240 per week

Job Summary

The Coronary Care Unit (CCU) Registered Nurse position is available in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves providing specialized cardiac care in a 12-bed cardiovascular intensive care environment. The nurse will deliver high-quality patient care, supporting overflow patients from medical intensive care and addressing various cardiac diagnoses, with scheduled rotating shifts.

Schedule

• Rotating shift with hours totaling 12 per shift and a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• At least 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience in a level II trauma center.
• Current employment history with any Johns Hopkins facility must be noted if applicable.

Additional Information

• Candidates must have prior experience in a Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
• Previous employment with Johns Hopkins facilities must be documented and verified before an offer.
• Candidates who have previously worked at Johns Hopkins systems as staff, PRN, or travel employees should have been away for at least one full year before applying as a traveler.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
