About the role
Seeking an experienced Acute Inpatient RN Case Manager with 2+ years of inpatient case management experience, including at least 1 year in the last 3 years at a 500+ bed Level I/Academic Medical Center ED. Must have recent acute care discharge planning experience, previous travel experience in a Level I facility, and be proficient in Epic. This is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM position with no weekends, managing a 15–20 patient caseload across inpatient units.
Requirements
- 2+ years of inpatient case management experience
- At least 1 year in the last 3 years at a 500+ bed Level I/Academic Medical Center ED
- Recent acute care discharge planning experience
- Previous travel experience in a Level I facility
- Proficient in Epic
- BLS required
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemption only)
