Qualifications & Skills
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent CVICU experience
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and specialty certifications
- Physical exam
- TB test, titers (MMR/Hep B/Varicella)
- Respiratory fit test
- Up-to-date vaccinations
