Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Cath Lab - $2,892 per week

Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Lewiston, Maine. As a member of their team, you'll provide specialized care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional treatments.

Requirements

• One year’s recent experience as a Cath Lab RN
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ ARC) Certification
• Current ACLS Certification
• PALS or ENPC Certifications
• RCIS certification

Essential Work Functions

• Conduct assessment of patients prior to procedures
• Absorb and perform physical exams
• Assist in positioning patients correctly for the procedure
• Absorb and place EKG electrodes and cardiac leads
• Assist physicians during procedures
• Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment
• Communicate effectively with team members, patients, families, and physicians
• Maintain and adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
