Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Cath Lab - $2,850 per week

About the role

Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Professional located in the healthcare facility, providing specialized care within the Cardiac Cath Lab. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to perform advanced cardiovascular procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Day shift
• 10-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Minimum of 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Adhere to clinical protocols involving End-Tidal CO2 monitoring
• Administer Antiarrhythmics and Antihypertensives
• Perform Blood Product Administration
• Assist with Cardiac Stent Placement
• Conduct Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterizations
• Participate in other interventional cardiology procedures
• Provide on-call coverage with a 30-minute response time, as needed

Requirements

• Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Previous echocardiogram (EPIC) experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Licensure requirements as dictated by state regulations
• Experience with complex cardiac procedures including but not limited to pacemaker/ICD implants, cardioversion, and pulmonary artery pressure sensor implantation
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical or religious exemptions allowed)
• Completion of pre-start modules and possession of applicable certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ventricular Assist Device (VAD)/ECMO
• Experience with structural heart procedures including TAVR, left atrial appendage occlusion, PFO/ASD closure, and atrial/ventricular ablations
