MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Anchorage, Alaska.
Responsibilities
- Performs angioplasties, implants pacemakers, and diagnoses cardiac conditions with an invasive catheterization procedure.
- Administers care for heart disease and heart attack patients by obtaining visual diagnostics of the arteries of the heart.
- Maintains patient status during procedures and monitors the patient's condition at other times.
- Administers interventional procedures like cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, pacemaker and/or defibrillator implantation, and related interventional or diagnostic procedures.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Accredited nursing program degree
- BLS & ACLS Certifications
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Cath Lab setting
