About the role
A great hospital system located in the heart of NYC is in need of a Cardiac Cath Lab RN to work PACU for a 13 week assignment.
Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures
- Manage post-procedure recovery in the PACU
Requirements
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Subspecialty Certification preferred
- New York State (NY) license required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in cardiac cath lab setting preferred
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule
36 hours per week, 12 hours per shift, evenings
