Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Cath Lab - $2,695 per week

About the role

Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse position providing independent and complex nursing care within a clinical setting specializing in cardiovascular procedures. The role involves assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine and complex nursing care consistent with the scope and standards of practice in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
• Assesses, diagnoses, plans, intervenes, and evaluates patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.
• Manages psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments according to protocol.
• Monitors for side-effects, documents care, and educates patients and families.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.
• BLS certification (AHA).
• RN License in the state of New Mexico or a compact license.

Schedule

Four days per week, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
