Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Cath Lab - $2,520 per week

About the Role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-recovery care for patients undergoing minimally invasive cardiac procedures, including coronary angioplasty, stents, IABP, Impella, electrophysiology studies, and EP device implants.
• Monitor and manage patients with associated medications and drips within a cardiac setting.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal recovery.
• Maintain proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and safety protocols during patient care.

Requirements

• BLS and ACLS required via American Heart Association.
• Must be EPIC proficient - NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Must have at least 2 years nursing experience in Critical Care, Emergency Services, Cardiac Cath Lab, or Pre-Post Care Unit.
• Experience in the area of Cardiac Rehab preferred.
• Compact or VA license in hand - no exceptions.
• Qualivis Submission Form required on all submissions.
• All RTO must be included on cover sheet.
• Current NURSYS report required.

Schedule

07:00 - 17:00, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, 13-week contract.

Pay

Pay range: $2,429.60 - $2,551.08 per week (pay package based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined).
