Job Description & Requirements

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a 13-week assignment in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The position starts on August 3, 2026 and works 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

  • 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
  • Start date: August 3, 2026
  • Duration: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • One year’s recent experience as a Cath Lab RN
  • Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
  • Current BLS (AHA/ ARC) Certification
  • Current ACLS Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • PALS or ENPC Certifications
  • RCIS certification

Essential Work Functions

  • Conduct assessment of patients prior to procedures
  • Absorb and perform physical exams
  • Position patients correctly for the procedure
  • Assist in the placement of catheters, wires, balloons, stents, structural heart devices, and other cardiac interventions
  • Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment
  • Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment
  • Communicate effectively with team members, patients, families, and physicians
  • Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position
  • Move about, move equipment (50-100lbs)

  • Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally
  • Must be able to work without assistance from other personnel
  • Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally
  • Must be able to concentrate on detail continuously

  • Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers
  • Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally
