Travel Nurse RN - Ambulatory Care - $2,220 per week

About the role

This position involves the assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care for patients in a post-anesthesia recovery setting. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, ensuring safety, rapid assessment, and effective recovery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs
• Review patient histories and diagnostics
• Formulate and revise care plans
• Document all aspects of patient care
• Provide direct patient care and delegate appropriately
• Evaluate responses and promote continuous improvement in patient outcomes
• Interact with a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• BLS certification
• Experience in the clinical area for which applying is desired
• Clinical practice competencies to be maintained through annual validations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• Professional certification in specialty preferred
