Travel Nurse RN - Administrative - $2,115 per week

Job Summary

Administration professionals are needed at a healthcare facility located in Wausau, Wisconsin. This role involves coordinating patient admissions and transfers, facilitating effective communication among multidisciplinary teams, and optimizing patient flow within the system. The position requires a proactive approach to patient movement and transfer processes, with a focus on patient safety and efficient operations.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour days or nights with variable start times, including 7am, 11am, 1pm, and 7pm; minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Certificate;
• WI RN License;
• CPR certification from AHA or ARC;
• 3 years of ICU or ER experience (5 years preferred);
• Trauma level II experience required;
• EPIC charting experience required;
• minimum 0 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Transfer Call Center experience.

Additional Information

• Must adhere to facility policies including vaccination and mask mandates during flu season.
• This position may involve being put on call during periods of low census; call-back pay applies if called back during scheduled hours.
• The role includes collaborating across disciplines to ensure safe and efficient patient transfers and maintaining accurate documentation.
