Role Overview
An Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) provides high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department.
Responsibilities
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care
- Administer medications and emergency treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to urgent needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Document patient assessments and interventions
- Educate patients and families
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Skills
- One year of recent ER experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and technical skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
