Role & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in a Progressive Care Unit, ensuring patient well-being and recovery.
- Responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver optimal care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of PCU/STEPPEDOWN experience or equivalent
- BSN or Associate of Science in Nursing
- Current valid nursing license
- Valid State Driver's License or ID
Key Duties
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care during night shifts, adhering to healthcare protocols and standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
